These classes are specially designed to introduce 2-4 year old girls to an exciting and stimulating, creative form of dance. The girls learn to follow instruction and move to music.
These fun and exciting classes use well-known songs and nursery rhymes to help engage the girls into music and dance. These classes are the perfect stepping stone into the junior age groups!
5-14 YEAR OLDS
Our junior classes concentrate on the basics of all things Physie and dance, with a strong emphasis on posture, technique, flexibly, strength and rhythm to music.
All routines are age appropriate in difficulty and technique, while maintaining a fun element.
15 Years +
Senior routines incorporate new hip-hop and contemporary routines as well as basic Physie at an advanced level.
Our Senior classes focus on posture, strength, technique, flexibility and expression. Our senior classes are suitable for girls with Physie or dance experience.
18 Years +
Our Ladies classes ensure an entertaining and fun time! Aimed at maintaining and improving fitness, strength and flexibility, our Ladies classes are suited for beginners through to experienced Physie ladies or dancers. We offer separate beginner and advanced Ladies classes on a Wednesday evening, and combined classes on a Monday evening and Saturday afternoon.
With a variety of routines to tone and shape your body, Physie is a fantastic way to exercise whilst having fun! Ladies classes are also great for any ex-dancers who would still love to perform at any age, with more and more ladies choosing to participate in. BJP Physie competitions each year!
