Physie Camp Success

Today Doncaster hosted it's first ever Physie Camp at the Domeney Recreation Centre.

The camp involved a number of fun activities including a scavenger hunt game, arts and craft, creating your own choreography, workshops on what to do to enhance your physie and what judges look for, stretches and strengthening exercises and of course lots of dancing.

We want to say a huge congratulations to all girls who participated in the Physie Camp.

We hope all the girls had a fantastic Physie filled day and learnt a lot from the activities which they can incorporate into their dancing.

Also, a big thank you to our teachers and helpers who made this day possible.
